INTENDED USE

The Bovine CORO-ROTA-CRYP-GIAR-EK99 Ag Combo Rapid Test is a rapid diagnostic tool for detecting bovine coronavirus antigen, bovine rotavirus antigen, bovine Cryptosporidium antigen, bovine Giardia antigen and Escherichia coli K99 antigen.

Symptoms of young cattle infected with bovine coronavirus, bovine rotavirus, Cryptosporidium bovis, Giardia bovis and

Escherichia coli K99 are similar, which can cause diarrhea and dehydration in the sick cattle. This product uses immunochromatographic experiments on cow’s solid part of feces samples to quickly detect whether young cows are infected with the five diseases during the early stages of bovine diarrhea (within 3-5 days of diarrhea).

INTERPRETATION OF RESULTS

  • Positive (+): Both control line C and test line T have wine-red bands, indicating that the sample contains coronavirus, rotavirus, cryptosporidium, giardia lambliaor Escherichia coli K99 antigens.
  • Negative (-):The control line C has wine-red band and the test line T has no color, which means that the sample does not contain coronavirus, rotavirus, cryptosporidium, giardia lamblia or Escherichia coli K99 antigen.
