Bovine Coronavirus-Rotavirus-Giardia lamblia-Cryptosporidium Antigen Combo Rapid Test
INTENDED USE
The Bovine Coronavirus-Rotavirus-Giardia lamblia- Cryptosporidium Antigen Combo Rapid Test is a rapid diagnostic tool for detecting bovine coronavirus antigen, bovine rotavirus antigen, Giardia bovine antigen and Cryptosporidium bovine antigen.
Symptoms of young cattle infected with Giardia bovis, Cryptosporidium bovis, bovine rotavirus, and bovine coronavirus are similar, which can cause diarrhea and dehydration in sick cattle. This product uses immunochromatographic experiments on cow feces samples to quickly detect whether young cows are infected with the four diseases.
Assay Time: 5-10 minutes
Specimen: feces
PRINCIPLE
The Bovine Coronavirus-Rotavirus-Giardia lamblia- Cryptosporidium Antigen Combo Rapid Test uses rapid immunochromatographic technology to detect BCV/ROTA/GIA/CRYPTO antigens. After adding the diluted sample to the sample hole of the test paper card, if there is BCV, ROTA, GIA or CRYPTO antigen in the sample, the antigen will specifically bind to the colloidal gold-labeled anti-BCV, ROTA, GIA or CRYPTO monoclonal antibody. The formed complex moves along the chromatographic membrane and is captured by the corresponding monoclonal antibody pre-coated on the chromatographic membrane, forming a wine-red detection line at the position of the jam. If there is no BCV, ROTA, GIA or CRYPTO antigen in the sample, no visible lines will be formed at the T position. In addition, a C line used to verify the validity of the experiment is also designed in the system. Regardless of negative or positive results, the C line should be colored, otherwise the result is deemed invalid.

STORAGE AND STABILITY
The kit can be stored at room temperature (4-30°C). The test kit is stable through the expiration date (18 months) marked on the package label. DO NOT FREEZE. Do not store the test kit in direct sunlight.
TEST PROCEDURE
- Use a swab to collect a sample of feces that has just been excreted, or take a sample directly from the rectum. Immediately insert the swab into the sample tube containing the buffer solution, remove the swab and shake it vigorously to mix it thoroughly. Let it stand for a few minutes to be tested. (Note: Too much sampling will affect the stability of the colloidal gold particles and easily cause false positives. The sample size should cover 1/3 to 2/3 of the swab head.)Insert the wet swab into the provided assay buffer tube. Agitate the swab to assure good sample extraction.
- Allow all materials, including specimen and test device, recover to 15-25℃ before running the assay.
- Take out a piece of BCV/ROTA/GIA/CRYPTO test device from the foil pouch and place it horizontally.
- Suck the treated sample extraction from the assay buffer tube and place 4 drops into the sample hole “S”of the test device.
Note: If the liquid will not flow through the surface of the test strip in 30 seconds, please add another drop of the treated sample extraction.
- Observe the results within 5-10 minutes, the results will be invalid after 15 minutes.
