When the concentration of the 22019-ncov antigen in the specimen is higher than the minimum detection limit, the viral antigen first forms a complex with the labeled antibody. Under chromatographic conditions, the complex moves forward along the nitrocellulose membrane until it is captured by the 2019-Ivd pre-coated monoclonal antibody in the detection area on the nitrocellulose membrane (T), forming a pink/purple color in the detection area The reaction line, the result is positive at this time; on the contrary, if there is no virus antigen or the antigen in the specimen is below the minimum detection limit, there is no pink/purple reaction line in the detection area, and the result is negative at this time. Regardless of whether the sample contains viral antigens, a pink/purple reaction line will appear in the quality control area (C). The pink/purple reaction line in the quality control area (C) is the standard for judging whether the chromatography process is normal. On the other hand, if there is no viral antigen or if the antigen in the sample is below the minimum detection limit and no pink/purple reaction line is present in the test area, the result is negative.

Regardless of whether the sample contains viral antigen or not, a pink/purple reaction line appears in the quality control area (C), which is the criterion for determining whether the chromatographic process is normal.
