The Feline FPV-FHV-FCV Ab Rapid Test is a lateral flow immunochromatographic assay for the semi-quantitative detection of FPV-FHV-FCV Antibody (FPV-FHV-FCV Ab) in cat’s serum or plasma.

  • PRINCIPLE

The Feline FPV-FHV-FCV Ab Rapid Test is based on sandwich lateral flow immunochromatographic assay.

  • Foil pouches (each contains one test cassette,

one disposable dropper and one desiccant)

  • STORAGEAND STABILITY

The kit can be stored at room temperature (4-30°C). The test kit is stable through the expiration date (24 months) marked on the package label. DO NOT FREEZE. Do not store the test kit in direct sunlight.

  • SPECIMEN PREPARATION AND STORAGE
  • Collect the whole blood for the cat to be tested, centrifuge it to get the serum, or place the whole blood into a tube which contains anticoagulants to get plasma.
  • All specimen should be tested immediately. If not for immediate testing, they should be stored at2-8℃.
  • TEST PROCEDURE
  • Allow all materials, including specimen and test cassette, recoverto 15-25℃ before running the assay.
  • Take out the test cassettefrom the foil pouch and place it horizontally.
  • Drop 1 drop (approx. 40μL)of the serum or plasma specimen into the sample hole “S” of the test cassettethen drop two drops(approx. 80μL) of buffe
  • Interpret the result in 10 minutes. Result after 15 minutes is considered as invalid.
