The IMMUNOBIO COV 19 IgG/IgM Antibody Rapid Test is for detection of IgG and IgM antibodies to COV 19. Anti-human IgG and anti-ligand are separately coated in the test line region 1 and region 2. During testing, the specimen reacts with COV 19 antigen-coated particles in the test strip. The mixture then migrates upward on the membrane chromatographically by capillary action and reacts with the anti-human IgG and the ligand anti-human IgM. COV 19 IgG or IgM antibodies, if present in the specimen, reacts with the anti-human IgG in region 1 or the ligand anti-human IgM. The complex is captured and forming a colored line in the Test line region 1 or 2

How to test
Allow test kits, samples, buffers, controls to balance to room temperature (15-30 ° C) prior to testing.
1. Remove test kit from sealed bag and use as soon as possible.
The best results will be obtained if the analysis is performed within an hour.
2. Place the test device on a clean and flat surface.
For strip: Add 4μl whole blood to the sample pad. Then immediately add 2 drops (about -80μl) of the sample buffer to the cushion (top of the strip).
For Cassette:
Add 4μl whole blood to the sample well of the test box, then immediately add 2 drops (approx. 80μl) sample buffer to the punch hole (B).
Wait for the color line to appear.
The results should be read after 10 minutes.
A positive result may be visible in as little as 2 minutes.
Don’t interpret the results after 15 minutes.
