Introducing Immuno’s revolutionary product designed for the rapid, accurate, and reliable detection of the Monkeypox virus - The Rapid Test IGG IGM Lateral Flow Diagnostic Tool. Monkeypox, a viral zoonosis, possesses striking similarities to smallpox in terms of its symptoms. This disease, instigated by the Monkeypox virus, was previously challenging to diagnose due to its symptomatological resemblance with other health conditions. However, with the advent of Immuno's Rapid Test IGG IGM, we now offer a solution that is a game-changer for healthcare professionals and diagnostic labs worldwide. Our innovative Test IGG IGM uses a lateral flow immunoassay system, a time-proven, reliable technology to detect the presence of the virus accurately. The principle of this test revolves around the detection of IGG and IGM antibodies in the patient's blood, serum, or plasma. When the body encounters an infection like the Monkeypox virus, it starts producing these antibodies as part of its immune response. Thus, by identifying and measuring the levels of these antibodies, our product can provide an accurate diagnosis of Monkeypox. What sets Immuno's Rapid Test IGG IGM apart is the speed and simplicity of its usage. It presents the results within 10-15 minutes, enabling prompt medical intervention and treatment. Moreover, it is user-friendly, requiring only a small sample and no specialized lab equipment or personnel.

INTRODUCTION

Monkeypox is used to be a viral zoonosis with symptoms very similar to those in smallpox patients, caused by by infection with Monkeypox virus. It is an enveloped double-stranded DNA virus that belongs to the Orthopoxvirus genus of the Poxviridae family. Human monkeypox was first identified in humans in 1970 in the Democratic Republic of the Congo in a 9-year-old boy in a region where smallpox had been eliminated in 1968. Since then, most cases have been reported from rural, rainforest regions of the Congo Basin, particularly in the Democratic Republic of the Congo and human cases have increasingly been reported from across Central and West Africa. In humans, the symptoms of monkeypox are similar to but milder than the symptoms of smallpox. Monkeypox begins with fever, headache, muscle aches, and exhaustion. The main difference between symptoms of smallpox and monkeypox is that monkeypox causes lymph nodes to swell (lymphadenopathy) while smallpox does not. The incubation period (time from infection to symptoms) for monkeypox is usually 7−14 days but can range from 5−21 days.   orthopoxvirus
