The complex is captured and forming a colored line in the Test line region 1 or 2

How to test
Allow test kits, samples, buffers, controls to balance to room temperature (15-30 ° C) prior to testing.
1. Remove test kit from sealed bag and use as soon as possible.
The best results will be obtained if the analysis is performed within an hour.
2. Place the test device on a clean and flat surface.
For strip: Add 4μl whole blood to the sample pad. Then immediately add 2 drops (about -80μl) of the sample buffer to the cushion (top of the strip).
For Cassette:
Add 4μl whole blood to the sample well of the test box, then immediately add 2 drops (approx. 80μl) sample buffer to the punch hole (B).
Wait for the color line to appear.
The results should be read after 10 minutes.
A positive result may be visible in as little as 2 minutes.
Don’t interpret the results after 15 minutes.
